Contract Review Service

If you already have a contract in place then you should not rest on your laurels and assume it is IR35 proof or bury your head in the sand. 

We can review your existing or proposed contract to see if, in our expert opinion, it will be caught by IR35.  The review service includes a detailed report on the strengths and weaknesses of the contract as well as a definitive ‘pass’ or ‘fail’ opinion.  If your contract is caught we will recommend amendments to strengthen your contract.
