If you are using and implementing the standard Accountax IR35 contract, you pay a small annual cost which gives you a full 12 months’ protection and if HMRC commence an IR35 Status Enquiry at any time within your 12 month protection period you are covered.  If you are not using the Accountax IR35 contract you can still apply for the IR35 SafeGuard if we have reviewed your contract and conclude it is outside of IR35.
